About Another

Another is a reincarnation of one of Brighton’s most missed skate brands.

Formerly a small independent skate shop in the late 2000’s, owned by the legendary skater Stevie Thompson, Another was the embodiment of a skater owned company. Loved by many, Another was the only proper skate shop in Brighton for a long time, at the forefront of the scene - the first in Brighton to stock Palace in their infancy, and other brands that now have reach beyond skateboarding. The legacy of the acorn has lain dormant since Stevie closed his doors in 2010, but it has continued to grow behind those closed doors and is in bloom for a fresh start in 2020.

Stevie started Another with the acorn logo. As we all know, something as tiny as an acorn can with time become a gigantic oak tree. Sadly, Stevie was forced to close his doors in 2010 before his vision could be manifested. Loved and watered behind the scenes of the scene for the last ten years, ready for a fresh start for 2021.
